MySubs ("the App") is developed and maintained by an independent developer. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.
01 DATA COLLECTION AND STORAGE
MySubs stores all your subscription data exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information on external servers.
The following data is stored locally on your device only:
Subscription names, prices, billing cycles, and payment dates
App preferences and settings
Notification preferences
We do not have access to any of the data you enter into the App.
02 ANALYTICS AND TRACKING
MySubs does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, or any form of telemetry.
03 IN-APP PURCHASES
The App offers a one-time In-App Purchase ("Lifetime Premium") processed entirely through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. All purchase transactions are managed by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
04 NOTIFICATIONS
If you grant permission, the App sends local notifications to remind you about upcoming subscription payments. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to any external server.
05 ICLOUD SYNC
If iCloud sync is enabled in a future update, your data may be synced across your devices via your personal iCloud account. This data remains under Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions and is not accessible by the developer.
06 DATA SHARING
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your information with third parties. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we have no data to share.
07 DATA SECURITY
Your data is protected by the security measures built into iOS, including device passcode, Face ID, and Touch ID. Since data never leaves your device, the risk of unauthorized remote access is eliminated.
08 CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not collect personal information from any user.
09 YOUR RIGHTS
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete all App data by deleting the App from your device.
10 CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
